Siamo ormai alle battute finali per la preparazione del Capitolo.In questi giorni si assemblerà il "kit", chiamiamolo così, per ciascun capitolare, con la cartella e i libretti che serviranno per le celebrazioni liturgiche e per i lavori in assemblea e dei gruppi. Inoltre, si sistemeranno, gli spazi fisici dove alloggeranno e si muoveranno i frati: le stanze, la sala capitolare, le salette per i lavori di gruppo, gli ambienti per i momenti di pausa e relax, ecc.
Tutto questo affinché i lavori capitolari possano procedere in un ambiente il più sereno ed efficiente possibile...anche se gli imprevisti sono sempre alla porta.The countdown has begun!
We are almost at the conclusion of the preparations for the Chapter.The coming days will see the finalization of the so-called “kit” for each Chapter member, containing a folder and the booklets for the liturgical celebrations and for the assembly and group work. The living and working quarters for the friars will be completed: bedrooms, Chapter conference room, rooms for group work, areas for relaxing and taking a break etc.
